2022, December, we’ve been working with City Staff on our plat, there have been three meetings with Planning Commission and City Council. A number of concerns have been expressed by area residents, and we are addressing many of them with our Land Planners and Engineers.

Our plan is to be back in front of Planning Commission in January or February 2023, with City Council in the following month.

There are tentatively two distinct floor plan designs being developed and now turned over to CAD for drawing hardline versions.
